Corporate Library
Corporate means corporation. In library point of view the third kind of library is corporate library. The other libraries are Academic library and special Library. Being working in corporate office is a great experience. Previously I worked in Academic Institute where there is a great feeling of senior and Junior. Teachers from higher eduction or with more experience consider himself or herself as most educated and treat fresh one as of no sense. But in corporate world every one respects others jobs. Even the ceo of the company talk to junior executive in a friendly manner. I am working in a Software company mostly consist of engineers, or computer graduate. They know the importance of others jobs. I am just diverting from the field lets talk about the library of corporate world.
Corporate office mainly consist of particular field. means software company generally deals with computer filed and SAIL deals with metallurgical engineering etc. So main point is to learn what type of corporate bodies it is. In software company library is a place of leisure. so its place must be cool something more than study room. Books consist of computer science, fiction, Biography, Management, Personal Effectiveness etc. First try to taste the interest of users. It will helps once to get good in the library. Now of the interiors means seating arrangement. It must be comfortable like sofa, chair with beautifully decorated table etc. Two or three beans bags, small and comfortable chairs will add extra beauty. Decorating with plants and aquarium will give more lively look.
