Reminder Mails format for Libraries

Reminder mails plays very important role corporate world. Users have tendency to depend on mails for anything. So I have written some mails format which librarian may use to remind users about overdue books.

If due date is after 15th  days of issue..

Dear ASHOK KUMAR,

Hope you enjoyed reading the book Kahaniyon ke Aagan Main (Hindi) , Accession number:5800 issued on 11-MAR-13.



But you have still not finished? You may get it reissued by replying on this reminder mail.

To remind you...

Books are issued for 15 days only and can be reissued ONLY if there is no reservation against it.

Fine Rs 2/- per day if not returned timely.
