Library Mission and Vision

Before writing Mission always ask yourself -

What we do? and Whom we are doing it for. -- Write answer of this question as your mission.

Similarly Vision is 

Something you want to achieve in certain period of time. so what do you want to achieve in 5 yrs or 3 yrs write it as a vision.

 My library mission and vision are

Mission

The mission of the Library is to support the organization by establishing a knowledge hub and to enable access to information resources of all kinds and provide innovative, responsive, and effective services to meet the changing needs of user group.

Aims

• To imbibe the spirit of learning as an ongoing process
• To channelize and support the organization’s knowledge base
• To provide effective access to learning resources of all formats
• User satisfaction

Objectives

• Inculcate learning as part of growth in tandem with the company mission
• To provide a range of books, periodicals, e-resources, and other media at appropriate levels for the needs of the company
• Establish resources and facilities, which cater needs of present, future, and anticipatory

Vision 

To make library digitize by 2022 and make it accessible for each and every employee of our company.
